Basically this it he same basic game you've seen before. There are a list of surnames, firsts, and middles for a DH (Dear Husband) and DW (Dear Wife).
You will remove one name from the surname list, one name from the first name list and one name from the middle name list.
Example:

and you'd pick which you wanted gone then post the remaining names from the list as such:
